Hypnosis is actually a really natural state that everyone (yes even you) can go in and out of many times a day. Have you ever paid so much attention to your phone or a movie that you didn’t hear someone talk to you? Or driven somewhere without realising how you actually got there? These are every day examples of a state of Hypnosis.
People are often surprised that they hear every word and could get up and walk out of the room at any moment whilst being Hypnotised. Unless you enter a deeper state (which you will at specific stages of your program), you may not seem any different to normal, just very relaxed.
Good Question! Everyone is different, but you will feel the change happening after your first session and results keeps on coming.
Coaching offers additional help through your day to day stresses, temptations and doubts. Gives you explanations when your mind tries to question what you are doing and offers the support that is (unfortunately) often lacking with many programs (both on and offline).
I get it, we haven’t all got spare cash lying around. That’s why I’ve made two payment options for you. Just ask yourself this, can you put a price on a program that will create lasting change and have you feeling on top of the world.
How Many Sessions?

Includes 3 sessions. First session is approximately 2 hours.
Many people stop after 1 session. If not, 2 additional sessions are included.

Typically, between 4 and 6 sessions will be recommended.
The number of additional sessions may be determined by the amount of weight a person needs to lose.
