I’m Venessa and I’m here to help you make those changes that are so hard to make in your life. The ones like losing weight or stressing less; you know what you should be doing but for some reason you just can’t!

Your mind can be such a powerful ally if you know how to use it successfully, but it’s also very good at keeping us stuck in negative, self-loathing, critical thoughts.

Using brain science, hypnotherapy and health coaching I will help you to rewire your thought patterns, create new stories and finally make the changes you have been so desperate to see.

I absolutely love seeing the difference my clients feel, the goals they smash and the freedom they find from the issues that once controlled their lives.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis can seem a little scary or weird to some people but actually it’s one of the most effective ways to help stop bad habits and develop new positive and empowering behaviours.

You may be wary of a Hypnotist controlling your mind, but in actual fact a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist will teach you how to adjust your mindset positively and take back control of your actions.

Often people don’t realise that food obsessions, anxiety or the even the inability to believe that they are good enough is actually a form of Hypnosis. So if you’ve struggled with any of these problems you may find that your mind is perfect for the benefits that Hypnosis can bring.

I decided to try hypnotherapy with Venessa to curb my life-long sugar addiction…I felt she really understood my triggers and what my goals were for the session and wow, what a result! I went in with an open mind, but did not expect the immediate effect our session would have on me! From the first day, I no longer crave sugar, I don’t even think about it. My relationship with food has completely changed and making healthy choices day to day now feels totally instinctive.
